Hey, my name is Jay. Ten years ago, my kids and I lost Larissa, my soulmate of 26 years, the mother of my children, and the unconditional love of my life, to depression. I spent nearly five years drowning in grief... and alcohol. Not healing, not living, just surviving... barely.

Now it is ten years later. My daughter is thirteen. My son is twenty-two and married. And I can say without hesitation—I love my life.
