Manifestation:

Are You Manifesting What You Desire or What You Don’t?

Manifestation is more than just a buzzword;
it's the process of bringing your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions into your physical reality. But the question is, are you manifesting what you desire or what you don’t?

What is Manifestation?
At its core, manifestation is the act of turning your intentions into physical reality through focused thought and belief. It's about aligning your inner world—your thoughts and emotions—with the experiences you want to create in your outer world. But how does this actually work?

The Science Behind Manifestation
Your brain is a powerful tool, constantly processing information from your outer environment through your five senses. However, it doesn't just passively receive data; it actively shapes and interprets this data based on your thoughts, beliefs, and past experiences. This means that what you "see" is not always an objective reality but a perception filtered through your mental and emotional states.

Neuroscience tells us that our brain is a prediction machine. It uses past experiences and belief systems to make sense of the present and to predict the future. This process is known as the predictive coding model

Your brain forms a mental model of the world and updates this model as new information comes in. If you believe that the world is a hostile place, your brain will interpret ambiguous situations as threatening. Conversely, if you believe in human kindness, abundance, and possibility, your brain will be more likely to notice opportunities and positive experiences.

How Your Thoughts Create Your Reality
Thoughts are not just fleeting mental events; they have a tangible impact on your brain and body. When you repeatedly think in a certain way, you strengthen neural pathways associated with those thoughts. This is known as 𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮, the brain’s ability to reorganize and reprogram itself by forming new neural connections.

For instance, if you constantly think about how things never work out for you, you reinforce neural pathways related to feelings of diminished self worth, defeat, and frustration. Your brain then filters your experiences to confirm this belief, creating a self fulfilling prophecy.

On the other hand, if you focus on love, gratitude, and possibility, you train your brain to see, recognize, and create more of those experiences.

The Role of the Reticular Activating System (RAS)
The RAS is a network of neurons in your brainstem that acts as a gatekeeper, or filter, for information.

It filters the millions of bits of sensory data you receive every second and determines what is important enough, or truthful enough to bring to your conscious awareness.

Your thoughts and beliefs program the RAS to notice things that align with them. This is why when you focus on a particular goal or desire, you start to notice opportunities related to it everywhere.

It also has no clue what the past, present, future, imagination, a joke, sarcasm, or positive/negative means... it takes everything literally....

For example... no mater what, DO NOT think about an elephant 🐘.

What image IMMEDIATELY came to mind? No, no matter how hard you try not think about an elephant 🐘, the RAS heard elephant and creates that image. It ignores the do not.

EVERYTHING we experience in our physical reality is a manifestation of thought energy... everything.

Are You Manifesting What You Desire or What You Don’t?

Take a moment to reflect on your current reality.

Does it align with your dreams, or is it filled with things you’d rather not experience?

If you’re not getting what you want, it may be because your inner narrative is out of alignment with your desires.

Your words, thoughts, and beliefs shape the way you interpret and interact with the world.

Are you telling yourself:
you’ll never succeed,
you hate Mondays,
you can't sleep,
you are getting sick,
you struggle with depression, anxiety, or grief,
you have a disease,
you will never heal,
you will never be happy,
you can't afford what you want,
you are not worthy,
you are not good enough,
or are you embracing a mindset of abundance and possibility?

Here’s how to shift your energy and start manifesting what you truly want:

  1. Be clear about your desires
Get specific about what you want. Vague desires lead to vague results.
  2. Identify and Release Limiting Beliefs
What stories are you telling yourself that are keeping you stuck? Acknowledge them, challenge them, and replace them with empowering beliefs.
  3. Feel As If It’s Already Yours
Engage with the emotions of having your desire now. How would it feel? What would your life look like? Immerse yourself in that energy. Like energy attracts like energy, basic physics.
  4. Take Inspired Action
Manifestation is a dance between belief and action. Take steps toward your goal, no matter how small, and trust the process.

Remember, you are the creator of your reality.

You have the power to shift your focus and align with the energy of what you truly desire.

Manifestation isn’t about perfect thoughts 24/7; it’s about becoming aware of what you’re energetically putting out and making conscious choices to bring your dreams to life.

What are you manifesting today?
