Your thoughts are created by your emotional state. Depending on what emotional state/mindset you are in:
Low Vibrational Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Fear, Anger, Grief, Lack, Desire, or Pride;
Neutral Vibrational Courage, Neutrality, Willingness, Acceptance, or Reason;
High Vibrational Love, Joy, Happiness, Peace, and Enlightenment.
Your thoughts will be created to match your vibration. In other words, if you are in a lower vibrational state your thoughts will also be of that state. To raise your vibrational state and create higher vibrational thoughts we must let go of the lower vibrational emotions.
For example, if you have a stressful day at work and you carry that stress home with you, chances are your drive home will be stressful, you may even take out your anger and frustration on innocent bystanders or family members.
Learn to let go of these lower vibrational emotions by:
- Breathing. Take deep slow breaths to calm the nervous system.
- Think happy thoughts. Picture yourself in that happy place.
- Be present, use all 5 senses. Enjoy the moment.
- Focus! Focus! Focus! Focus on the emotional state you wish to be in and do not lose focus.
- Meditation. Relax the mind and let go.
- SURRENDER. Trust that everything happens as it should and let go of the past. Thinking about it can not change it.
- Positive Self Talk - talk to yourself like you would talk to someone you love.
- Positive affirmations: Tell yourself that everything will be ok and it will. The mind believes everything we tell it.
- MUSIC! Listen to an uplifting song, sing along, let go!
- LOVE - LOVE - LOVE - love always works. Be love, choose love, make love, tell yourself that you love yourself. Tell someone you love them.
