It is all your perception. Sure, there are events, things happen, but it is your own mind that is causing the stress and struggle.
It is human nature to only see the negative. CHOOSE to let go. Stop overthinking about the past and things you can not change. Let them go and focus on the present moment. You are making it all up... There are events and HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THE EVENTS! If you choose to accept that everything happens for a reason and just as it is meant to be, then nothing can bother you anymore.
