NLP Tip #4

Anchoring is probably one of the easiest NLP techniques that one can use to face a difficult situation.
To use anchoring, you condition yourself to feel or think a certain way when you're doing something that you are scared to do. This is done through positive self-talk and positive affirmations. Essentially you want to stop overthinking about negative outcomes that did not happen and replace those thoughts with thoughts of a positive outcome.

Every time you feel yourself getting anxious, just tell yourself that it's your fears and that it's not true. Tell yourself that everything will work out positive. Repeat to yourself the outcome that you desire and it will become what you believe.
