Living in your comfort zone

How do we find the courage to jump?

Our comfort zone is the place that we hide from our fears. It is a place that we hate to be in but are afraid to step out of.

Taking risks by stepping outside of our comfort zone is the only way that we grow and evolve into who we are meant to be.

The truth is, our comfort zone is NOT about comfort, but it is about FEAR!

Like a circus LION scared to come out of his cage in fear of what may be outside... We stay in our comfort zones and allow life and opportunity to pass us by. Missing out on our hopes and dreams.

Breaking free from these fears is not an easy task, but once you do you will learn to take more chances in life. You will be able to follow your heart and experience personal growth for the better.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝:

1️⃣. Take baby steps: instead of looking at the entire process, break it into smaller victories that you can celebrate and build your confidence and courage.

2️⃣. Celebrate your small wins: every time you take a baby step celebrate this win and tell yourself that it only gets easier from here!

3️⃣. Focus! Focus! Focus!: Focus on the prize. What is the goal you are trying to work towards? That is where you should focus. Feel it, taste it, close your eyes and imagine it is yours already.

4️⃣. Be honest with yourself!: we all make excuses as to why we don't want to do things. Be honest with yourself when you are making excuses and do NOT listen to your own limiting beliefs.

5️⃣. Don't take life so seriously: We only get one chance at this life. Life is about being loved and being happy. Learn to laugh at yourself instead of criticizing yourself for making mistakes.

6️⃣. What is it that you desire: be aware and truthful. Know what you are working towards and what you want to let go of.

7️⃣. What is your WHY?: Is the thing you want worth the risk?

8️⃣. What if?: Yes, what if? What if it works out better than you expected? What if it is everything you hoped for and more? What if it exceeds your hopes and dreams? Focus on that!

9️⃣. Do not fear failure!: Most of us are programmed to think failure is an ending. Failure is a teacher, without it we would never learn. Our mistakes teach us to do things better next time. The only true failure is not trying.

1️⃣ 0️⃣. Embrace your fear!: Fear should always be seen as a way of pushing yourself towards becoming a better you.

If you want to improve the quality of your life, you need to be able to break free from the limiting beliefs that keep you living the same patterns every minute, day, month, and year.

Do not allow your fears to keep you stuck facing the same problems, making the same choices, and choosing the same actions over and over again.

Your thoughts and actions define your current circumstances, which also means that they define your quality of your life.
